Introspection

 introspection

Many people want to know what introspection is and how it happens? Have you done your introspection?

Much has been written about self-reflection in philosophy and Sufism. Even in the traditional religion of Hindus, the scriptures of Gautama Buddha have written a lot about self-introspection. If someone rushes to read so many scriptures, there is a high possibility of making a mess.

First let's come to the question of whether I have done self-introspection. I refrained from being told anything about my philosophy. But about introspection, I am simply trying to say something from the perspective of Al-Qur'an-

Atmadarshan is the vision of self and the human vision of the soul within itself. Nafs (prana) for introspection,

Ruh (spirit),

The world (nature, creation) and

 of the universe

It is necessary to know the relations and actions between, to realize in oneself. Then by the grace of the Lord, one day you may see you through Ilham, Ilkan, Kashf or a dream.

Nafs (Soul), Ruh (Soul), Vishwa (Nature, Creation) and Vishwamay (Creator).

These four are inextricably linked. Al-Quran has a lot to say about these issues, but I am trying to say something from it.

Ershad in Al-Qur'an says-

Wa Nafakhtu Feehi Mir Ruhi.

Meaning: And in it (in human form) I pour out the spirit from Me. (Surah Hajar, verse-29)

wa fi unfusicum; Afala Tubsirun. Meaning - I am mixed with your souls; Why don't you see me? (Surah Zariat, verse-21)

From these two verses, I learned that to know and recognize Allah, it is necessary to know about one's soul and spirit.

Ershad in Al-Qur'an says-

Wasiya Kursiyuhus (His Throne) Samwati Wal Ardw; Wa-la yadu-hu hifujuhuma wa Hual Aliyul (High, High) Azim (Great, Azmat).

Meaning: His throne extends across the heavens and the earth. And He has no weakness in preserving both and He is the Exalted. (Surah Baqarah, verse-255)

Wa Lillahil Mashriqu (East) Wal Maghribu (West); Fa'inama Tuwallu Fasamma Wajhullah (Face of Allah); Inna-Allah Wasiun (All-pervading, all-pervasive, all-pervasive, all-pervasive) Alim (Knowing, All-Knowing).

Meaning: And the east and the west belong to Allah. So wherever you turn your face, there is the face of Allah. Surely Allah is all-pervading, all-knowing. (Surah Baqarah, verse-115)

Sibgatallah; Wa maan ahsanoo (the most beautiful, excellent) mina-llahi sibtagatan wa nahnu (we) lahu abidun.

Meaning: The color of Allah and who is better than Allah in color? And for Him we worship. (Surah Baqarah, verse-138)

Sanurihim ayatina fil afaqbi wa fi anfusihim hatta yatabayyana lahum annahul haqq; Awalam Yaqfi Birabbika Annahu Ala Kulli Shayin Shaheed.

Ala innahum fi miriatim millikbaye rabbihim. Alaa Innahu Bikulli Shayim Muhit.

Meaning: I will reveal to them, all My signs (signs) throughout the universe and among them (in the soul), until it is clearly revealed to them that it is indeed the truth. Is this not enough for your Lord that surely He is a witness over everything.

Know! Surely they doubt about meeting (seeing) their Lord. Be careful! Verily He surrounds all things. (Surah Hameem Sajdah, verse-53,54)

From these verses, I learned that to know and recognize Allah, it is necessary to know about one's own soul (soul), the world (nature, creation) and the universe (creator).

Therefore, to know and understand the great Rabbul Alamin in oneself, it is necessary to know about these four things: Nafs (soul), Ruh (soul), Biswa (nature, creation) and Vishwamay (creator). By knowing and realizing these things, the soul is awakened or the soul is revealed in it. When the soul awakens upon someone by the grace of the owner, the saint gets the human vision of the soul

”Basaran is seen in Sabiya i.e. full human form. Ershad in Al-Qur'an says-

Fattakhazat min dunihim hijaban;faarsalna ilaihha ruhana fatamassala laha basharan sabiyyah.

Meaning: When she (Maryam) became a human being, then We sent Our Spirit to her. He appeared before her (Maryam) in full human form. (Surah Maryam, verse 17)

Qalaat inni awzu birrahmani minka in kunta taqiyah.

Meaning: Maryam said, I seek refuge with Rahman from you if you have fear of God.

Qala innama ana rasulu rabbiki; Liahaba Laki Gula Maan Zakia.

Meaning: He (Ruh) said, "Surely I am the messenger (a messenger) of your Lord." I will give you a pure son. (Surah Maryam, verses 18-19)

These verses need a little explanation. When Maryam became absorbed in the meditation of God from the veil of human being, i.e. secluded from the worldly, then the Spirit descended on her in full human form. When the Spirit of God appeared to Maryam in full human form, Maryam was afraid to see him. Because the spirit came to him in the form of a man. He was scared to see this lonely man. When the Spirit gave shelter to Mary, I am a messenger sent by your Lord, to give you a holy child. When Maryam was convinced by his words, he gave Maryam a child.

When this spirit descends on the saint, it is for him the shabakdar and the meraj. Spirit can assume any form but human form is its true and original form. The spirit upon whom it descends is not an ordinary human being. He is a man in the shape of God. That is why it is said in the hadith - surely Allah created Adam according to his own shape. On whom the spirit descends, Adam i.e. God's nature (nature) and form (surat) is imprinted on him. So the soul descends upon him who has known himself. He can attain the identity of creation and creator. Peace be upon you. the peace
